State-of-the-Art Brewing, Handled by Hand

At the heart of WarPigs lies our fully operational brewery, capable of producing up to 250,000 liters of beer each year. While the system is built to handle large-scale output, we've deliberately kept the process as hands-on as possible. Every step that can be done manually, is—allowing our head brewer, Daniel, full control to fine-tune each batch with precision and care.This balance between scale and craft reflects our commitment to brewing excellence. The brewery is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, enabling a high level of consistency while still leaving room for creativity and innovation. From hop-forward IPAs to dark, complex lagers, every beer that leaves our tanks is a product of both technical expertise and genuine passion for the craft.

Daniel mano

Imported all the way from Australia, Daniel Mano brings extensive experience and knowledge to the brewery from his many years in the industry.

Daniel has been with Mikkeller for many years and now leads the team at WarPigs to make sure we continue to brew the best beers we possibly can.

A traditional Texas-style smokehouse barbecue brewpub located in a former slaughterhouse in Copenhagen’s Meatpacking District. You’ll find a huge selection of draft beer and we are brewing as many as eight different beers per week.
